An energising and powerful morning to awaken your body, exercise your brain and explore nature. Laugh, work up a sweat and organise your thoughts.
Flow of the day:
9:30am: Your day will begin on the mats** with a little introduction from Rach and Lex.
**We will provide mats for you or feel free to bring your own
9.45am Classic 45 minute Pilates class led by Rachel followed by 15 minutes of focused breathing and body re-setting. This workout will be suitable for all levels from beginner to advanced and will include a variety of options. Designed to energise your body, sculpt and strengthen. Expect your body to feel happily warmed.
10:45am Mental Skills and Mindset with Lex - unpacking the thoughts that are holding us back and rewriting our scripts.
We will provide some light refreshments to accompnay you.
11:45pm A grazing-style light lunch.
12:45pm A nature walk, reflection and guided journaling in the Little Wilderness orchard.
1:30pm To seal in all the goodness of the day, Rachel will lead us through 30 minutes of Pilates mobility followed by 30 minutes of breathwork and body scanning.
Closing the day with last words from Rach and Lex. Time for goodbyes and we will have you back on the road by 2.30pm.
