Rachel works with ACC and private Physio and Pilates at her home studio in Sandringham. She has a reformer, mat, weights and small equipment for Pilates and functional fitness at home. Rachel also offers mobile Physio and Pilates and can bring equipment to you.

Studio Physio and Pilates
I have a Physio table, Physio equipment, a reformer, mats, weights and small equipment at my home studio in central Auckland. Set at the back of my tranquil garden oasis.
Mobile Pilates
Mobile Pilates from the ease and comfort of your home; indoor or outdoor of your choosing. I travel with mats and small equipment.
Mobile Physio
Mobile private physio from the ease and comfort of your home. I travel with a plinth and all equipment including massage wax, strapping tape, needles, small exercise equipment and towels.
Group Pilates
Outdoor Group or Corporate Group Pilates sessions available at your home/office. Small Groups available from my home. Send me a message to find out more.
